We were the ones drowning in merch spreadsheets.
Before Zintora, our founding team ran operations at fast-growing software companies. Between us we onboarded hundreds of new hires, shipped merch to forty countries, and staffed more conference booths than we care to count. The products were the easy part. The chaos was everything else: five vendors per project, sizing spreadsheets nobody owned, pallets arriving at reception instead of the venue, and a storage closet that became a graveyard of mis-printed polo shirts.
In 2021 we decided the problem wasn’t the merch industry’s products — it was its structure. Suppliers, printers, warehouses, and couriers all optimized their own step and nobody owned the outcome. So we built the company we had needed: one team that sources, brands, packs, stores, and ships, with one quote, one point of contact, and one promise — the box arrives right, on time, everywhere.
Today Zintora handles gifting programs for more than 650 companies, from twelve-person startups sending their first welcome kits to enterprises running year-round merch stores. The mission hasn’t changed since the spreadsheet days: make sending great merch as easy as deciding to send it.

Curation over catalogue size
We'd rather offer fifty products people love than five thousand they tolerate. Every item is sampled, used for a month, and voted in by the team.
