Trust & Sustainability
Every claim here is verifiable.
We keep this page updated with our certifications, supplier standards, sustainability practices, and data policies — so you don’t have to take our word for it.
Certifications
Supply chain certifications active as of June 2026. Certificate documents are linked and downloadable below.
Global Recycled Standard 4.0
Global Recycled Standard
The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) verifies the recycled content of products and tracks it through the entire supply chain. Our certified yarn supplier The Tenth House uses post-consumer waste fibres, reducing landfill burden and cutting the carbon cost of new fibre production.

Sustainability practices
What we actually do, not what we’d like to do someday.
Recycled & organic materials
Recycled PET, organic GOTS-certified cotton, and bio-based alternatives are available across our catalogue as standard — not a premium upsell. We source certified materials and pass the documentation to you.
Plastic-free packaging
Standard packaging for every order is plastic-free: recycled cardboard boxes, tissue paper, kraft tape. No polybags, no foam peanuts, no plastic sleeves. If a product ships individually, the bag is compostable.
No landfill-grade giveaway junk
We refuse to produce items we know will end up in a bin within a week. Every product in the catalogue has been sampled and tested — if we wouldn't keep it ourselves, we don't sell it.
Local production, reduced transit
We source production as close to the delivery region as possible — European orders produced in Europe, reducing air freight miles. We do not air-ship standard orders regardless of margin pressure.
Supplier standards
Every supplier in the Zintora network passes these requirements before we ship a single unit through them.
- Factory audit before any new supplier is onboarded — safety, working conditions, environmental compliance
- GRS / GOTS / OEKO-TEX certification required for all textile and apparel suppliers
- No child labour, forced labour, or unreasonable working hours — verified, not assumed
- Annual review of all active suppliers against current certification status
- Samples physically tested by the Zintora team before any product is added to the catalogue
Quality process
Four checkpoints between your order and the box that arrives at your team’s door.
Supplier qualification
Every new supplier completes an onboarding audit before production begins. We check certifications, facility conditions, production capacity, and sample quality.
Pre-production proof approval
You approve a digital mockup before anything goes to production. Colours, placement, sizing, and branding are confirmed in writing.
Production sampling
For new products or new clients, we request a physical production sample before the full run is signed off. Problems are caught before 500 units are printed.
Delivery verification
Quantities are cross-checked against the order at our fulfilment stage. Damaged or off-spec items are replaced at no cost before shipping.
Data & privacy
We handle your data — and your recipients’ data — the way you’d want your own handled.
- Recipient shipping data used only to fulfil the specific order — never sold, never shared with third parties
- Order data retained for 24 months for returns and reorders, then deleted
- Payments processed via PCI-DSS compliant providers — we never store card details
- All data transferred over TLS 1.3 encrypted connections
- GDPR-compliant data handling for all EU/EEA recipients
